The TIDC offers an advanced exchange program to allow rapid replacement of defective or damaged devices to reduce downtime and increase productivity. The defective or damaged devices can then be repaired or replaced and placed back into a spare pool to be utilized for the next advanced exchange order.
Our TIDC is also an Apple Authorized Service and Repair Center that employs Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians, Apple Certified iOS Technicians, and Apple Certified Support Professionals. The TIDC can offer both in and out of warranty repair services with genuine Apple replacement parts.
